Returns

At Linen Room we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if for any reason, you are unhappy with any of your items please email us within 14 days and we will be more than happy to help you.

Change of mind exchanges.
• All change of mind returns will be exchanged for another product or store credit which can be used at a later date. Store credits are valid for 12 months.
• Any original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the credit amount. If original items were shipped free, a fee of $10 - $20 may be deducted from the credit amount. 

Linen Room reserves the right to refuse any change of mind exchanges that are not returned in the specified conditions outlined below

To qualify for an exchange or store credit
• Items must be returned to Linen Room within 14 days of receipt, we recommend registering your parcel as we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing items.
• Items must be unopened, unused and unwashed
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Custom and special orders cannot be returned unless faulty
• If your item is not eligible for a change of mind exchange, shipping the items back to you will be at your expense.

Returns for quilts, pillows, protectors, underlays & toppers
Please note that all quilts, pillows, protectors, underlays & toppers cannot be exchanged or returned due to health reasons unless of course, the product is deemed faulty, has been wrongly described, is different to what has been shown to you or does not do what it is supposed to do. If you feel that this is the case for any of the above-mentioned items, please contact us immediately and we will rectify this for you. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

Faulty or damaged items
We do our absolute best to make sure all or goods are checked and packaged carefully. In the event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we will happily replace or refund the item. Please contact us as soon as the fault is apparent and we will make the necessary arrangements. We may ask you to send some photos or measurements of the faulty goods.

Frequently asked questions

I have changed my mind and would like to return an item
If your items qualify for an exchange, please contact us with 14 days of receiving your items and we will send you a form to fill in with instructions on how to return your item. We can provide you with a label to assist in the return of the item. Shipping charges will apply and may be deducted from the credit amount.

I received an incorrect item, what do I do?
If we have made an error while picking your order please contact us and we will provide a paid label for the return of the incorrect item and replace it for you straight away.

The item I received is a different colour to what I ordered
We photograph most of our products in house and work very hard to make sure that images are colour correct. Unfortunately colours and intensity of colours can vary greatly from screen to screen and we cannot be held responsible for these variances. If the exact shade of a colour is important to you, please contact us and we will do our best to work through this with you.
