• Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders under $150 and under 20kg
• Standard shipping is sent via Australia Post Premium Parcel and requires a signature on delivery.

• Once your parcel has shipped you will get a notification from Australia Post with an option to safe drop if you wish. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are missing or damaged from a safe drop.

Heavy Goods Shipping for Standard Australian orders
• A ‘Heavy Goods’ shipping rate of $20 will apply where the total weight of all the goods exceed 16kg, even if the total price of an order exceeds $150. This rate will apply automatically at the checkout page based on the weight of items currently in your shopping bag.

    When will you ship my order?
    We will ship within 2 business days of your order. If something you have ordered is in short supply, we may need to replenish stock but we will always get in touch and let you about any delays.

    How will my order be shipped?
    For most orders, we use an Australia Post Premium eParcel with signature for all deliveries so you get your orders quickly, safely & reliably.

    I live in Melbourne, can I collect in-store?
    Yes, just give us a call on (03) 9481 8758 to make sure your items are available in store and we can hold them for you until you arrive. Payment can be made in-store using cash, Visa card, Mastercard or Amex.

    I need my parcel urgently! Can you ship express?
    We can. Please give us a call on (03) 9481 8758 for a quote and to confirm your items are available for express shipping.

    How do I know if you shipped my order?
    Once your order is confirmed and all your items are safely packed in a satchel or box you will receive a shipping confirmation from us to let you know your tracking ID. You can also sign up to receive shipping updates from Australia Post.

    Do you ship to NZ?
    We can. Please give us a call on (03) 9481 8758 for a quote and to confirm your items are eligible for international shipping.

    I received a shipping confirmation but my parcel didn't arrive
    Please contact Australia Post on 13 76 78 and quote your tracking number. Often parcels may be awaiting collection at your local post office. If Australia Post cannot locate your parcel, please contact sales@linenroom.com.au and we can lodge and inquiry for you.

    I missed the delivery attempt, what do I do?
    Please contact Australia Post on 13 76 78 and quote your tracking number. Often parcels may be awaiting collection at your local post office, you may need proof of identity to collect your parcel. If your parcel has been awaiting collection for too long, Australia Post will return the parcel to us. Once it arrives we can reship your item at your own cost. Please contact us at sales@linenroom.com.au if you have any questions.

    There are items missing from my delivery, what do I do?
    If your ordered items are large or your items were located at multiple warehouses, your delivery may have been shipped in multiple parcels. Please contact us at sales@linenroom.com.au if you have a missing item. In the rare case that we may have missed an item in picking, we will send out a replacement straight away. 

    I received an incorrect item, what do I do?
    If we have made an error while picking your order please contact us at sales@linenroom.com.au. We will provide a paid label for the return of the incorrect item and replace it for you straight away.
